Anyone who has ever had a dog probably knows how they feel about going to the veterinarian. In some instances, they are very relaxed.
However, more often than not, our furry companions will get terrified and start crying and trying to run away from the clinic.
They are too scared to realize that you are just there for their own good, and that can cause a lot of uncomfortable moments where you are just trying to help but they refuse.
Something similar happened to this family who was trying to take their dog to a vet in Michigan; however, what made the situation more hilarious was the fact that a woman who lived nearby recorded the entire chaos.
He Just Doesn’t Wanna Go
After she went to work, the woman, called @sheenamadeit, on TikTok, didn’t suspect that it was about to be an interesting day to witness something happening at the vet office across the street.
Because she has worked there for a while, this isn’t the first time she has witnessed a dog’s meltdown before they have to go into a vet clinic.
However, this particular meltdown was just hilarious. When the owner tried to take her German Shepherd inside the clinic in Michigan, the pup started resisting.
He kept pushing her away from it, and she tried her best to hold her ground, but it didn’t work. Shortly after, she tried calming the pup down.
As expected, it didn’t have any effect, so the woman tried calling the dog’s dad so he could come and help her take him inside.
The dog got closer to the vet and then started resisting yet again. At this point, his dad just took him in his arms and carried him inside the veterinarian clinic.
It Was A Hilarious Moment
After she witnessed the entire thing unfold, the woman recorded it and decided to post it on her TikTok account. Unsurprisingly, there was an overwhelming response to the video.
One person commented: “I wonder how long the vet techs stood at the window saying should we help her lol.”
Now that you mention it, I am also thinking about this. It’s unlikely that nobody inside noticed a woman trying to take her dog inside the clinic.
Another person said: “I work at a vet and this isn’t uncommon. Also cat owners calling to cancel their appointments at the last second because they couldn’t catch their cat.”
I have always wondered how some animals sense or know that they are about to go to a veterinarian clinic.
Lastly, somebody commented: “I’m scared to see myself on TikTok getting dragged by my 120 lbs Great Dane on the streets.”
Well, if it makes you feel better, you may have made someone’s day. Maybe you made many people smile and that’s what is important.
Situations like the one this family was in are not that serious and a lot of people thought it was just a hilarious and relatable moment.
