Every dog enjoys being in a warm home with its beloved family. However, the house is full of limits, and often, the dog does not have the level of freedom that it would have if it lived outdoors.
Although this is mostly compensated with a comfortable bed, delicious food, and countless kisses from the dearest human, many canines just have to express their limitless energy somewhere.
Unfortunately, sometimes, the owner simply cannot afford it, so they have to find a solution to do it themselves. This is exactly what an eight-month-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier did in the living room of his home one day.
However, when his mom saw the way he performed, she was shocked and not so thrilled.
Total Chaos
Staffies are known for their muscularity and, therefore, the enormous energy they occasionally express. Although breeders have worked for years to make these dogs calm and obedient, they still have a bit of that positive wildness left in them.
A woman named Leah Fryer, in whose home a Staffie lives, knows this best. For this reason, she has a habit of keeping him in a crate when she is not at home and when she cannot take him with her.
However, one day, when she did that, even that crate could not stop this dog in whom his ancient gene had awakened. When she looked at the pet camera, Leah was shocked by the chaos he caused in her home in a burst of unlimited energy.
She saw her Staffie, freed from the shackles of the crate, energetically running up and down, jumping on the couch, and frantically biting a sock as if he had never put anything in his teeth.
In a now-viral TikTok video posted via her account @leahhxfryer1, Leah wrote: “POV [Point of view]: you thought you would check on your pup to see if he was okay in his crate to find him not in his crate. You don’t finish work for another two hours so all you can do is sit and watch.”
Later, in the comments, Leah wrote that her dog was not in the crate for long before he started his destructive spree, and she explained that it was the safest place for him since he was still very young.
