A rescuer’s job is truly never done.
While one animal lover was giving a bath to a pup he had recently rescued, he received a call informing him that another pup needed his help.
Quickly finishing with the pup and putting him to bed, the rescuer made his way down to the location.
But not before stopping at the store and getting all of the supplies necessary to make the newcomer feel as welcomed and comfortable as possible.
Rescue Mission
When he arrived, the rescuer was stunned.
The location where the pup was last seen was quite large, with many places for a little puppy to hide. But this rescuer wasn’t going to give up that easily.
He started scouting the area, looking in every nook and cranny and calling out for the sweet boy.
And just as he was about to turn around and go to a different location, he suddenly heard some strange screams.
Knowing that he was probably somewhere near, the rescuer climbed down into an abandoned home where, underneath the stairs, there was a little wagging tail.
There he was!
Even though he was pretty scared, the pup was super friendly, allowing the rescuer to quickly capture him and provide him with the care he needed.
As soon as they got to the car, the rescuer decided to prepare a feast for the pup. He gave him some fresh water with some yummy dog food.
This not only made the pup feel much better, but he also started trusting his rescuers.
After his meal, it was finally time to head to the vet!
New Life
After receiving a thorough checkup and being deemed fit as a fiddle, the pup was ready to go to his new loving home with the rescuer, where he would learn all the perks of being a house dog.
The first order of business was to give him a nice, bubbly bath so that he would be a clean boy.
Gently scrubbing his paws, face, and body, the hooman was letting the pup know that he was in a safe place where nothing would hurt him ever again.
Once he was all nice and clean, the rescuer dried his fur and prepared another meal for him – being such a good boy, he deserved nothing less!
After he licked the entire plate clean, it was time for his little spa treatment.
While placing ointment on his paws and brushing his fur and teeth, the rescuer took this time to further bond with him.
He kept talking to him in a gentle and soothing voice, telling him all about the new, happy chapter of his life that he was beginning.
Now that he looked like the most handsome boy ever, it was only right to take him to the dog park and show off his beauty to the world.
There, he met the pup that the hooman had rescued earlier. The two instantly became best friends, romping around and sharing adventures together.
Final Word
Seeing this puppy start a new life will melt any heart.
I know that when the time is right, he will find a loving family who will take him in and provide him with a loving life filled with adoration, adventures, and happiness.
