While he was heading home after a strong storm, one hooman noticed something unusual on the side of the road.
Upon further investigation, he noticed that it was a small puppy. He was sitting there, all alone and completely drenched, hoping that somebody would notice him and offer a helping hand.
As he was completely heartbroken at the sight of this little guy who was unable to move an inch, the man picked up the pup and took him to the local vet hoping they were able to help.
Everything Will Be Okay
Luckily, the pup, now named Bravo, trusted his hooman completely.
But as he was heading down to the vet, the man noticed the puppy began foaming at the mouth.
The second he arrived at the vet’s office, Bravo was taken to the emergency room where he received a thorough check-up. The vets knew that, more often than not, foaming was due to either poisoning or a viral infection so they didn’t have time to waste.
Thankfully, the results came back negative. But then something unexpected happened.
The pup’s body temperature dropped suddenly and Bravo began having seizures. The vets didn’t really understand what was happening, but they refused to give up on this sweet boy.
After some time, the medical team was able to stabilize sweet Bravo.
By the next morning, he was finally able to relax and adjust to his new surroundings. Even his appetite opened up, allowing him to have his very first meal in a long time.
His rescuer was overjoyed with the progress this adorable pup made in such a short time.
As days went by, Bravo felt better and better. Ultimately, a loving hooman heard about his heroic tale and decided to open up his home and allow Bravo to make a full recovery under his care.
Bravo is now finally living the happy and healthy life he deserved all along.
I am sure that with time, he will find himself an incredible forever family who will give him a life truly worth living.
