We all know that a dog is man’s best friend, which is true for all breeds. However, Golden Retrievers take that relationship to a whole new level with their love and loyalty toward their favorite people, especially owners.
Whether the Goldie is following its owner from room to room or resting its head on his lap, its mission is simple: to be by its owner’s side, filling his life with endless love and joy.
The owners of these golden beauties know this best, especially one woman from Texas, from whom her Golden Retriever is inseparable.
However, what this dog has done recently to stay close to her mom is something truly special.

Kailee Howard, who lives in Texas, already knows that her Golden Retriever, Honey, is totally in love with her because she is always by her side. She follows her everywhere and uses every moment to be with her.
Recently, however, Honey did something that surprised even Kailee, herself, not to mention the other people who saw what this Goldie did. At the same time, it was one of the cutest moments in this house full of dogs.
Namely, Kailee climbed the ladder and opened the door of the attic to get Christmas decorations. It didn’t even occur to her that someone could join her there, but in a few moments, Honey appeared and immediately started climbing the ladder.
No matter how hard it was for her to climb, this Golden Retriever didn’t give up and wanted so badly to reach her goal – to be close to her mom again.
A camera captured this amazing but heartwarming moment and Kailee decided to post the video on TikTok via her account, @kaileehoward9.
“Show me your pet is clingy without actually saying your pet is clingy,” Kailee said in the video emphasizing the personality of her golden furry friend.
In the rest of the video, Kailee can be seen holding Honey in her arms and gently going down the stairs, making sure the dog doesn’t get hurt.
Another furry family member is waiting for them downstairs – a Catahoula mix named Willow, who, together with Kailee’s husband and a third dog, a Beagle named Zoey, makes this big and happy family complete.
