We all know that dogs are naturally curious animals.
We also know that they like picking things up with their mouth.
From their toys all the way to your favorite pair of shoes. If a pup sees and likes it, there is a high chance that it will end up in their mouth.
And, I mean, who can blame them? It’s not like they have hands so they could use them. However, the hard part is making them let go of it.
What Does He Have In His Mouth?
While hanging out on their porch, one doggo owner decided to let out their pup into the yard so they could enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
However, after some time, they noticed their pup had something in their mouth. After further inspection, the hooman saw a pair of feet dangling from her pup’s mouth.
The owner instructed her pup to drop whatever he had, but the pup didn’t seem to listen.
“Bad boy! Drop it!” shouted the owner in an Instagram video.
And as much as every dog hates hearing those words and would do anything to make them stop, this one didn’t seem to care too much.
All he did was sit on the porch, refusing to open his mouth.
Plan B
It seemed as though this pup liked his new furry friend so much that, no matter how much the hooman begged her dog to drop it, he just wouldn’t do it.
“I’m never letting you out into the yard again. Put it down. Drop it! You are being a bad boy! Drop it,” said the owner.
But then she thought of something that she knew the pup couldn’t resist – she offered him a treat as a trade!
And just like that, her handsome doggo went back into the yard and dropped his furry friend.
The woman finally found out what it was: a little bunny!
Luckily, the sweet baby wasn’t hurt at all so the loving hooman picked it up and brought it back into its nest.
“He curled back in there, so I think he is okay. Sorry, friend! I am so sorry!” she said.
The little bunny was finally back with his family and was able to take a well-deserved nap. As for the pup, I hope that he really did end up getting that treat.
He didn’t mean to harm this sweet fella, all he wanted to do was play with his new friend.
