Andrea is not just a big dog fancier and a long-time dog owner; she's also the owner of a grooming salon in Colorado. She is familiar first-hand with all things related to dog hair and coats and likes to share her experiences with other dog lovers. And believe us - she's seen plenty of situations!

From matted coats, dogs with allergies to certain shampoos, and even shaved Corgis, there is almost nothing that can surprise her now. This is why she decided to educate people on grooming and coat maintenance.

In addition to writing about everyday situations that arise in coexistence with her furry friends, she also enjoys researching different dog breeds and analyzing everything related to dog health and care.
