A little puppy was sitting on the side of a road and looking into the distance with tears in his eyes.
He was waiting for his owners and hoping that they would come for him.
As time went by, the puppy ran out of strength and realized that his family left him. He became heartbroken and he wanted to give up.
Luckily, a kind-hearted woman spotted him and came to his aid right away.
As soon as the pup saw her approaching him, his heart became filled with fear. He bolted into the bushes, wishing to hide from her.
Bringing The Puppy To Safety
The good human kept following the puppy as he tried to run away.
After half an hour, she managed to scoop him up and take him to her car.
The woman’s heart broke into pieces when she saw the sadness in the pup’s eyes.
She rushed him to the hospital where he was examined. The pooch had many health issues. He was emaciated and his kidneys were failing.
The vets started giving him IV fluids. They were doing everything in their power to save his life.
The next day, the puppy was stable but he was still in a life-threatening condition. His liver started failing and his spleen was swollen.
The pup, later named Pasha, started eating and drinking water, showing that he was a warrior.
Sadly, on day five, his condition got worse. He began vomiting and he had diarrhea.
Both Pasha’s rescuer and the vet staff were extremely worried for him. They hoped for a miracle as they continued to fight for his life.
They felt helpless when Pasha curled up in his kennel and refused to eat food.
Determined to save his life, the vets stayed by his side and monitored his condition.
Everyone clung to the hope that he would pull through.
The Pup Makes A Complete Recovery
Fortunately, on day eight, the puppy finally started getting better. He was out of the woods and he began eating.
His rescuer cuddled Pasha and he soaked up her affection, feeling glad that someone cared for him.
When Pasha was released from the hospital, he moved in with his hero who began nursing him to health.
She often took him on walks with her dogs. She gave him a lot of love, hoping that he would forget his past.
Pasha felt safe. He got along with his doggy siblings and his eyes were filled with happiness.
Gradually, Pasha started putting on weight and blossoming into a handsome pup.
Three weeks after he was rescued, the puppy reached full health.
His rescuer enjoyed watching him run. He was over the moon.
Thank you to both his rescuer and his caregivers who saved him from the brink of the inevitable and gave him a second chance to be happy.
