Fisherman Noticed Something Strange Swimming Towards Him And Then Realized What It Was

When you pack your bags to go on a fishing trip, you mostly expect to have some nice and relaxing moments. Arteman Córdova certainly thought so. But sometimes, the universe has other plans for an animal lover like him.

Córdova was fishing with his friends on a lake the other day when he stumbled upon the catch of a lifetime.

It all started with some strange whimpering sounds coming from the shore. At first, he didn’t think much of it. But then, he heard a little splash, and quickly noticed that something was heading his way!

That’s A Big Fish!

As soon as he noticed that it was heading his way, Córdova stood up in his boat and tried his best to figure out what it was.

As it was getting closer, Córdova realized that it wasn’t something he should be worried about.

It was just a little puppy who was so excited to make a new friend that he jumped in the water and swam his little heart out!

“We were anchored, so we couldn’t move the boat closer. I was in awe that the puppy would jump into the water and swim to the boat without knowing me,” Córdova told The Dodo.

The Start Of Something Beautiful

After greeting the pup and putting it in his boat, the two clicked immediately.

However, Córdova noticed that the pup was not only tired from swimming, she was also starving! Suspecting that the pup was abandoned by a cruel hooman on the shore, Córdova immediately gave her some of her lunch.

He also took this opportunity to reassure the pup that not every hooman was as cruel and that she no longer had to worry about a single thing.

But that’s not all!

Naming her Medusa, Córdova was so inspired by her strong will that he decided to adopt her!

“In my mind, while she was swimming toward me, I knew I was going to adopt her,” Córdova said.

Fast-forward two months and this sweet girl became the most adored member of the Córdova family.

“I’ve had Medusa for two months now. She’s adapted very well to my family. We all love her very much,” he added.

The two have been completely inseparable, spending their days having fun adventures and turning into couch potatoes whenever they get the chance.

I am absolutely pawsitive that they will spend their entire lives together, showering each other with joy and happiness.

“Finding her was something amazing. I feel happy with Medusa,” he concluded.

This was certainly a fishing trip story for the ages, one that Córdova would tell for years to come.
